It is universally acknowledged that owning shining eyes can make an individual distinguished and easily attract audience’s attention. So it’s very useful if we can know the related skills well. Today, we’re going to learn this process. The impression drawing is below.

Now let’s take following step:
1. Open the source material and choose the circle tool, press SHIFT+ALT, select a round area in the eyeball. Remember the size of the electoral district should just cover the eyeball, and then copy it into a new layer.
2. Dealing with the new layer with following process, filter → noise → add noise to about 263%, and then choose Gaussian distribution, monochrome.
3. Click the layer with noise while sticking to CTRL, download the content of the layer into the electoral district, and then choose filter → blur → radial blur, the amount of blur is 100, the fuzzy approach is zoom, quality good. Add layer mask to the layer with noise, and use relatively soft brush tool with black color and opaqueness of 49% to eliminate the edge of the noise.
4. Use shortcut key SHIFT+CTRL+N to open the layer palette, and select softlight mode, then choose padding neutral color (50% grey). Outline an oval district with a pen tool and make it a electoral district (CTRL+ENTER), and feather (CTRL+ALT+D) its semidiameter to 5 pixels.
5. Deepen the district with burn tool.
6. Merge layers and use dodge tool to rub the highlight of eyes. Number 1 district is light-receiving spot, so it’s lighter. And number 2 is light-reflecting spot, it’s darker.
7. Choose a similar district to the eyeball district and feather the semidiameter to 5 pixels. Pad the color you prefer into it, and set its mixed model for color, adjust the opaqueness properly.
8. Build a new layer and merge the layers, and choose filter → others → high pass and set its semidiameter for 1 pixels. Choose transfer mode for this layer at last.
