1. Open the picture and create a new layer, and build a background with black color on it. Don’t forget to set its mode for hue.

2. Execute the order of CTRL+SHIFT+E to apply the effect of merge visible to the two layer and copy the final one.

3. Choose the option of opposition. (picture → adjust → opposition) And then we set the picture model for color dodge.

4. Then we will execute the following steps: Filter → others → minimum, during this course, we set the minimum of radius for 1 pixel.

5. Double click the copy of background layer, and choose blending options, then what we should do is just to move the number to 94 in the next layer option, at the same time, you should also keep pressing the button ALT.

6. Execute the effect of merge visible. Somewhere in the picture is not that clear, so we use lasso tool to circle these places and execute the disposal of 20-pixel feather effect.

7. Choose the option of building a new layer and creating a curve adjustment layer. Fill in the number of input and output as 153 and 102 in RGB mode. And then press the CTRL key and click the mask icon. Next we choose a selective color adjustment layer, and we set the black color under the neutral color for 46% with the method of relativity.
