Press the SHIFT key and use the brush to draw irregular lines vertically as the line of needlework and name it as the brush. Then set the brush as the following main steps: the minimal diameter is 15%, the control is direction, the space between is 124%.

Choose the material you wanted and select the white area to make the operating path.

Select the stroke path and choose the brush to draw the line.

Then use the dodge tool and burn tool and set the value: both of the range and sensitometory are middle tone and 100%. Make the whole path move to the look down left to deepen it and then move to the top left and dilute, both making them more stereo.

Change the inside color of the needlework to complete the effect of the texture work. Then comes to our impression drawing.
2. The texture of suture

Open the pull-down menu of the brush to execute the order of calligraphic brush and set the brush by the following steps: the diameter is 20 pixels, the angle is -170, the circular degree is 20% and the space between is 500%.

Use the pen tool to draw the line of crease. Execute the stroke path order to outline the brush. Diffuse it to make an unedged effect. If the effect is too obvious, we can execute the fade-out to degrade some effects.

Add the layer style of bevel and emboss to make a stereo effect, and remember to use the dodge tool and burn tool alternatively to make the picture more real.
