1. Build a new document with 600*600 size, pad white color as background. Then create a new layer and choose a round corner rectangle tool to drag a pattern with 8-pixel radius. Next set the linear gradients effect to it.
2. Create a new layer on the background layer and drag the following pattern with rectangular marquee tool.
3. Outline the following electoral district and make it brighter with the keys CTRL + M.
4. Select the round coner rectangular tool with 3-pixel radius to drag a small pattern, adding linear gradients effect.
5. Create a new layer and drag a round corner rectangle with linear gradients, but the difference is that they have an opposite direction.
6. Create a new layer and draw a round corner rectangle again, with gradients and highlight. Make another window in the same way.
7. Create a new layer to draw the roof of the house, pad deep blue color with linear gradients effect.
8. Choose the electoral district of the roof and build a new layer with the color #4F7ECC. Then delete the district and add the layer mask. Next apply the black-white gradients to make the transparent effect.
9. Then draw the chimney part in the same way above. So does the other house beside the original one. At last, we should modify the integrated brightness and size for the house in order to make it more reasonable and shining. So that is it!
